The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload covering:
- Divorce, separation, and financial settlements
- Child custody, contact disputes, and care proceedings
- Domestic abuse matters and injunctions
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Civil partnerships and cohabitation issues
The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE preferred) with family law experience
- Strong understanding of both public and private family law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to handle a busy, diverse caseload independently
