- Assist in the management of family law cases, from client intake to resolution, under the supervision of experienced legal professionals
- Contribute to the drafting of legal documents, conducting research, and preparing court filings to support our clients effectively
- Engage with clients in a compassionate and professional manner, providing regular updates on case progress and maintaining positive working relationships
- Demonstrated experience in a legal environment, ideally with a focus on family law
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficiency in legal research and the preparation of legal documentation
- An understanding of the importance of client confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Relevant legal qualifications or certifications
- Additional training or courses in family law or related areas
- Knowledge of legal software and systems
