Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in property litigation
- Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant practicing certificate (NQ+)
- LLB (Hons) or equivalent
- Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification
- Admission as a Solicitor in England and Wales
