An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Central London practice with an established reputation for delivering exceptional client service.

This role is ideally suited to a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE who has extensive experience advising on high-value residential property transactions and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing, excellent commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage a complex caseload with minimal supervision. You will be accustomed to acting for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, investors and international clients, delivering a seamless and responsive service throughout each transaction.

Working within a collaborative and ambitious team, you will play an important role in maintaining the department's reputation for excellence while contributing to its continued growth through exceptional client care and business development.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential property matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• High-value residential purchases and sales.
• Remortgages and refinancing transactions.
• Transfers of equity and complex title matters.
• Advising on ownership structures, SDLT considerations and property-related issues where appropriate.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professional advisers to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to clients' objectives.
• Managing transactions proactively to meet demanding timescales while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to provide a seamless cross-departmental service.
• Supporting business development initiatives, nurturing referral relationships and contributing to the continued success of the residential property team.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff where appropriate.

The Successful Candidate You will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE specialising in residential property.
• A strong track record of independently managing a busy and varied conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Experience acting on high-value and complex residential transactions.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
• Confidence working within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Proficiency with case management systems and modern legal technology.
