Our client is expanding its Legal 500 & Chambers ranked Dispute Resolution team in Leek and is looking for a talented Litigation Solicitor to join at an exciting stage of growth.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, multidisciplinary team acting for both businesses and individuals across a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters.
The Role:
- Commercial & property litigation
- Debt recovery
- Shareholder & partnership disputes
- Contract & warranty disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Managing your own caseload with strong team support
- Business development & building local professional relationships
- 1–3 PQE (all levels considered)
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
- Commercially minded & client-focused
- Advocacy experience desirable
