Commercial Litigation Senior Associate

Greater London – £150,000 - £175,000

The team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional matters that span corporate, shareholder, banking, funds, and professional liability disputes — the kind of work that shapes how modern business litigation is done.

You’ll work alongside leading partners known for their technical excellence and cross-sector expertise, taking ownership of heavyweight matters and driving strategy on cases that regularly appear before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and major arbitral institutions.
What You’ll Do

• Act on corporate and shareholder disputes, joint ventures, and private equity-related matters.
• Lead on banking and fund litigation, including structured finance, derivatives, and regulatory investigations.
• Handle professional negligence and management liability claims involving auditors, solicitors, and investment managers.
• Manage complex cross-border mandates across multiple jurisdictions, often coordinating foreign counsel and experts.
• Play a key role in mentoring mid-levels and juniors, supporting business development, and strengthening client relationships.

What You’ll Need

• England & Wales-qualified solicitor, ideally 5–8 PQE, with a strong track record in corporate or financial disputes.
• Training and experience from a leading City, international, or top-tier boutique firm.
• Excellent academics, consistency of tenure, and proven litigation capability.
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to work directly with clients and partners on major mandates.
