Commercial Litigation Senior Associate
Greater London – £150,000 - £175,000

You’ll work alongside leading partners known for their technical excellence and cross-sector expertise, taking ownership of heavyweight matters and driving strategy on cases that regularly appear before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and major arbitral institutions.
What You’ll Do - Act on corporate and shareholder disputes, joint ventures, and private equity-related matters.
- Lead on banking and fund litigation, including structured finance, derivatives, and regulatory investigations.
- Handle professional negligence and management liability claims involving auditors, solicitors, and investment managers.
- Manage complex cross-border mandates across multiple jurisdictions, often coordinating foreign counsel and experts.
- Play a key role in mentoring mid-levels and juniors, supporting business development, and strengthening client relationships.
What You’ll Need - England & Wales-qualified solicitor, ideally 5–8 PQE, with a strong track record in corporate or financial disputes.
- Training and experience from a leading City, international, or top-tier boutique firm.
- Excellent academics, consistency of tenure, and proven litigation capability.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to work directly with clients and partners on major mandates.
